The rules for promoting Zointy and earning commissions. Last updated 29 Oct 2026.

Joining the program

Anyone 18 or older with a Zointy account can apply. Applying is free. Zointy reviews every application and may approve or decline it at its discretion.
Approved partners get a personal referral link and code. Keep your account details accurate — commissions are paid only to the verified partner.

A referral counts when someone opens your link and creates a new Zointy workspace within 30 days. If they open more than one partner’s link, the last link they opened gets the referral.
Only new workspaces count. Existing customers, your own workspaces and sign-ups using your own email are not referrals.
Attribution depends on a browser cookie. If the visitor blocks cookies, clears them or switches devices, the referral may not be tracked, and Zointy cannot guarantee a commission in that case.

Commissions are earned only on subscription payments that Zointy has received and verified through its payment provider. Free plans, failed payments and unpaid invoices earn nothing.
Rates: 20% of the first payment, 10% of each renewal, and 20% of the extra amount when a referred business moves to a more expensive plan. Rates are calculated on the amount paid excluding GST and other taxes, after discounts.
Each commission is held for 30 days before review so refunds can be accounted for. Zointy may change rates for future payments with notice on this page; commissions already earned keep their rate.

If a referred payment is refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed. If it was already paid to you, the amount is deducted from your future payouts.
Commissions from fake accounts, self-referrals, cookie stuffing, incentivised sign-ups that break these terms, or any other fraud are not payable, and Zointy may suspend or close the partner account.

Payouts are made in Indian rupees by bank transfer to a bank account in your name, after Zointy verifies your bank details and PAN.
The minimum payout is ₹1,000.00. Smaller balances carry over. Payouts are reviewed and approved by the Zointy team; Zointy may pause payouts while it investigates suspected fraud or errors.
Tax may be deducted at source where Indian law requires it, and you are responsible for declaring your commission income.

Describe Zointy honestly. Only mention features that exist today, and use the prices shown on zointy.com.
Do not promise earnings or describe the program as a guaranteed income opportunity.
Do not bid on “Zointy” brand keywords in search ads, impersonate Zointy, send spam, or post your link where it isn’t allowed.
Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission when you recommend Zointy.

You can leave at any time by emailing support@zointy.in. Zointy may change or end the program, or suspend a partner who breaks these terms. Approved commissions earned honestly before the change remain payable.
